Hello Kita is a daycare app for organisation and communication with parents. It runs as a web app on smartphones, tablets and computers. Managers, teaching staff and parents access the information relevant to them: updates, events, child absences and staffing status. Pro adds features including attendance, lunches and staffing forecasts. Daycare centres in Wegberg can use the app in a browser and add it to their home screen.
Updates, events and a staffing status indicator help parents stay informed. Absence reports reach the centre digitally, without a phone call.
With Pro, you can record children's attendance. The current attendance list and an emergency list are readily available. A tablet terminal can also be used to record attendance.
With Pro, parents order lunches in a monthly calendar. Meal credit and receipts are managed there too. Kitchen staff can see meal numbers, allergies and dietary requirements.

The daycare centre or its operator remains responsible for the data. Wasa Consult processes it under a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data is encrypted in transit, and centres' data is kept separate in the database.

Hello Kita is a web app. It opens in a browser on smartphones, tablets or computers and can be added to the home screen. A native app from an app store is not needed. Parents and staff are invited through an invitation link, QR code or letter to parents and set their own password.
Basic includes features such as updates, events, child absence reports, staffing status, authorised collectors and meal menus. Pro adds attendance, a tablet terminal, lunches and meal credit, kitchen tools, reports and staffing forecasts, plus further tools for staff and the supporters' association. Basic includes 5 GB storage; Pro includes 20 GB. You can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any time, keeping your data.
The provider offers a free trial of 14 days for Basic and one month for Pro. Payment details are not required for the trial. The first payment is only due after the trial. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the month; annual plans run for twelve months and, if cancelled, end at the end of the contract year. Published prices exclude statutory VAT.

Hello Kita provides a guided setup tour and searchable help within the app. If you would like the provider to handle setup, this is available as an optional service for a single payment of 799 € plus statutory VAT. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is concluded digitally during registration. The daycare centre or its operator is responsible for the processing; Wasa Consult acts as the processor. The published measures include encrypted transmission and strict separation of centres' data in the database. Before using the app, review the details in the agreement against your own requirements.
